Two of the actors in the new dramatic film “Mass“, Jason Isaacs (“Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets”) and Reed Birney (“House of Cards”) are the guests. Years after an unspeakable tragedy tore their lives apart, two sets of parents (Isaacs & Martha Plimpton, Birney & Ann Dowd) agree to talk privately in an attempt to move forward. In Fran Kranz’s writing and directing debut, he thoughtfully examines their journey of grief, anger and acceptance by coming face-to-face with the ones who have been left behind. the film opens theatrically today, Friday, October 8th in NYC & LA and then expands nationwide over the coming weeks.
