The legendary songwriter, actor, and ASCAP President, Paul Williams is the guest for this holiday special. Back in 1977 Paul wrote the music for an HBO special with Jim Henson’s Muppets called “Emmet Otter’s Jug-Band Christmas”. There is a DVD from this show but the soundtrack has only recently been released for the first time. The musical’s book is also available for amateur and school productions. In addition to “Emmett Otter”, Paul was recently on the second season of “Goliath” and is set to return for the Amazon Prime series’ third season as well.
